A few things clients often ask.

How long does the process take?: Most single-room designs are delivered within approximately 48–72 hours after all required details and photos are submitted. Larger or more detailed projects may require additional time.
What happens after I purchase?: You'll receive a design questionnaire to share details about your space, style, goals, and budget. Your responses are then personally reviewed and turned into a design direction created for your room.
Is a call included?: No. Essentials is a self-guided package. A Design Consultation Call can be added separately for $35 if you'd like to talk through your direction.
Can I request revisions?: Essentials doesn't include a revision round. If you'd like adjustments after delivery, an additional revision round can be purchased for $49.
Can I purchase another room later?: Yes. Many clients begin with one room and continue with additional spaces once they feel confident in the process.
