How long does the process take?: Most single-room designs are delivered within approximately 48–72 hours after all required details and photos are submitted. Larger or more detailed projects may require additional time.
When does the Welcome Consultation happen?: Your 30-minute Welcome Consultation takes place after your questionnaire has been reviewed. It's a project kickoff to answer questions and align on direction before design work begins. It isn't a pre-purchase consultation.
Do I purchase the furniture?: Yes. You receive a curated shopping list with direct product links, so you can source pieces at your own pace.
Can I request revisions?: One revision is included. An additional revision round can be purchased for $49 if you'd like further adjustments.
Can I purchase another room later?: Absolutely. Rooms can be added at any time and are designed to feel cohesive alongside your earlier plans.
